This Privacy Policy explains how Visionary Branding, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("VGS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through yangmee.com (the "Site") and related services, including offerings presented under the Visionary Global Strategies brand.

Visionary Branding, LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy and is responsible for responding to privacy requests submitted through the Site.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide

• —Payment information: billing name, billing address, and transaction records. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and card data is handled directly by that processor.
• —Communications: the content of emails, messages, form submissions, testimonials, and survey responses
• —Employment and partnership inquiries: resumes, work history, and related materials you submit

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose personal information to:

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, tax, grant compliance, audit, and recordkeeping requirements, and to establish or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

8. Your Privacy Rights

8.1 Colorado Residents (Colorado Privacy Act)

If you are a Colorado resident, you have the right to:

Universal opt-out. We honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, as an opt-out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data.

Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing connect@yangmee.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within forty-five (45) days with our decision and reasoning. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov to submit a complaint.

8.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties to whom information is disclosed; may request deletion or correction; and may opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8.3 EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8.4 How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit requests to connect@yangmee.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting, typically by confirming information already in our records. Authorized agents may submit requests with written proof of authorization. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Marketing Preferences

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us. We may continue to send transactional communications related to an active engagement, purchase, or account.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us information.

11. International Data Transfers

VGS is located in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

12. Third-Party Sites and Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites, funding portals, scheduling tools, and payment pages. This Policy does not apply to those services. Review the privacy policies of any third-party service before providing information.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because no common industry standard for responding to these signals has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described in Section 8.1.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email where required. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
